Eric Pfeiffer, has 20 years of experience as a leader in diverse manufacturing and service settings with a strong history of continuous improvement and delivering organizational transformation and growth.
Prior to joining AIMS, Eric was the President of Thompson Pipe Group and served as a Regional General Manager for Oldcastle infrastructure.
In each of these roles Eric delivered significant revenue and bottom-line growth that exceeded investor expectations and created award winning facilities and continuous improvement minded organizations.
Eric holds an MBA from Roberts Wesleyan College and a BS from the State University of New York at Albany.
