Health,Dental, Life w/ AD&D, and STD benefits are available to full-time employees working 30 or more hours per week, after approximately 60-days of employment
401(k) benefit are available after a six (6) month/1,000 worked eligibility period. Discretionary company match eligible after 1-year.
Sick leave is only available to Arizona, California and Oregon employees. Both part-time and full-time employees are eligible. This policy complies with the Fair Wages and Healthy Family Act of 2017 (AZ), Healthy Workplaces, Healthy Families Act of 2014 (CA) and SB242 for 2016 (OR).

Where are your offices located and where can I apply to work?
Our corporate office is in Scottsdale, Arizona with an operations office in Phoenix. We have division offices in Southern Arizona, Oregon, California, New Mexico, and Texas. We also perform work in Washington, Nevada, Utah, and Colorado. You can apply for all these locations here. Indicate your preference on your application.
To whom should I address my cover letter?
Cover letters should be addressed to “Dear Recruiter” or “To Whom It May Concern”. Chances are you do not know the hiring manager’s name, so keep the cover letter generic and professional.
How should I apply?
For a specific job posting, apply using the link provided in the posting. For generic submissions, send your completed application to careers@aimscompanies.com with the subject line “Application for POSITION NAME” or fax to Human Resources at 602-601-7660.
How can I find out about the status of my application?
When your application or resume is received at the corporate office, it is sent to the hiring manager within 24 hours. If the hiring manager thinks you are a good fit, you can expect to hear from them within 10 business days. Regrettably, we cannot respond to every submission received so if you do not hear from us within that timeframe, please assume that we do not have an appropriate opportunity for you. Your application will be kept on file for 6 months in the event an opportunity becomes available.
Do I need a high school diploma to work for AIMS or one of its divisions?
Yes, we require a high school diploma or equivalent, and some positions may also require a college degree. Please review the job description for specifics on specific openings.
Does AIMS conduct background screening as part of its hiring process?
Yes, AIMS does conduct background screenings including criminal and motor vehicle records checks for all applicants. If the position is a Supervisor level or higher, AIMS also conducts consumer credit checks.
Will I be denied employment if my background check comes back negative?
A negative background check or conviction will not automatically disqualify you from a job with AIMS. The severity of the offense and the conviction date will be taken into consideration.
Does AIMS conduct reference checks as part of its hiring process?
Yes, AIMS performs reference checks for all employees. This may include confirmation of employment dates, verification of school records, and character reference checks.
Does AIMS perform drug testing?
Yes, AIMS performs drug testing for all applicants. Successful passing of the drug test is a condition of employment. AIMS also performs random drug testing on an annual basis.
