TJ Sheahen brings over 15 years of experience in the construction industry with a proven track record of driving growth and operational excellence. He has a strong commercial background and has held senior leadership roles including General Manager at CRH, Oldcastle Infrastructure, a global leader in infrastructure products, and President of Studio Shed and Lawn Master, a division of Backyard Products. TJ’s deep industry knowledge, strategic mindset, and results-driven approach have consistently delivered performance and innovation across complex operations.
TJ holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership and a Bachelor’s in Construction Management, both from Colorado State University.
